Be ready for the next Mardi Gras or Derby Party or indeed anywhere that you want to look stunning! We are excited to let you know about a great fundraiser for CASA Mobile and a wonderful opportunity to own a beautiful hat designed and handmade by Mobile’s premier milliner Valerie Case of Rua Flores Inspired Hats who has kindly donated one of her unique creations to CASA Mobile.
For a donation of $10 per ticket you can enter the CASA Drawdown that will be hosted at Sophiella Gallery (111 Dauphin Street) on Friday, May 14th between 6-8pm as part of the Downtown Art Walk. The donated hat will be on display together with the current collection from Rua Flores Inspired Hats. The CASA Drawdown will take place at 8pm but participants do not have to be present to acquire this gorgeous one-of-a-kind hat. A CASA board member will contact you to arrange pick up if necessary.
There is no limit on the number of ticket donations you can purchase so we ask for your generosity as CASA Mobile has been unable to host our flagship annual Kentucky Derby Fundraisers for the past two years due to Covid 19 precautions and this has been a major financial blow to our program.
CASA Mobile (the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program) is a volunteer program that has been providing services to some of the most vulnerable children in our community with our highly trained volunteer advocates for almost 24 years, providing a voice to abused and neglected children caught up in the court welfare system. Our volunteers have helped hundreds of our Mobile community children live in safe loving permanent homes.
Please support our fundraiser and help us continue to be a voice for children who may otherwise go unheard.
